You can easily locate the works of García Márquez at Amazon, in both English and the original Spanish.

There are also sites used to locate the best price for a given book; the one that comes to mind first is Addall.com

He is not too difficult to read if you have studied Spanish. I used some of his shorter stories in intermediate-level Spanish classes. His literary style requires some adjustment; in Cien Años de Soledad, for example, you'll have to deal with seventeen characters with the same name, if I remember correctly!

He's wonderful in Spanish! I'm intermediate-advanced and just finished El Amor en los Tiempos del Cólera
without too much difficulty - a little afraid of Cien Años de Soledad but one day soon. El Coronel No Tiene
Quien Le Escribe
is a good place to start, I read it as a lower intermediate and found it just difficult enough -
short, snappy sentences, and short enough that you don't get frustrated with it.

Could you find any colombianismos in García Márquez's writings?

There are heaps of colombianismos, at least in Cien Años de Soledad, which is the only book of his I have read in Spanish. Though most often they are things like plants, fruits, or a particular type of cooking utensil or something, so it's not always necessary for the plot. Definitely worth reading him in Spanish :)
