Hello everyone.
I know there are a few Korean language learners on this board. One thing that had been annoying me about my computer was my inability to write/display Korean. The other night I found one or two websites that helped me do it.
(a quick test to see if your computer can already display Korean is: 한글. Strangely my browser could display it but a text document couldn't)
The first link is to show you how to type Korean using a western PC or a virtual keyboard: http://www.declan-software.com/korean_ime/
The second link is to how to display Korean fonts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCfQtj5WLJU
There might be problems like your computer wants the set-up disc but it might not happen (it didn't happen to me). Now I can read/type Korean on this non-Korean laptop.
I hope this helps and I hope I didn't post it in the wrong area.
My Korean is still very basic so don't ask me any advanced Korean language questions but if you want some recommended resources/beginner's tips then send me a message.
(quick disclaimer; none of these links are my own and I didn't make the Youtube video)

You can change the keyboard setting in Windows to Korean without downloading any software. Google it, it's not hard at all. 배양 I don't know what that means, if anything.

My bad I thought you were linking to some software that would allow you to type Korean.
