My Russian teacher can supposedly do this (sadly only with English, and not with Russian).

I believe she's actually speaking Swedish. Europe on five quaaludes a day.
I recorded the news clip and reversed it - she must be reading backwards rather than reversing the sounds as it's hard to make any sense of what she says either way round.
