Most Andorrans speak Catalan, Spanish, and French, and many also speak Portuguese as
well. However, these are all relatively similar languages.

The local malays can speak Malay & English
The local chinese can speak Malay, English, Mandarin and a chinese dialect (i.e. cantonese, hokkien, hakka, teochew,hainanese, fuzhou-ese)
The local indians can speak Malay, English, Tamil (or another language such as Malayam, Hindi etc)

Basically most people I know are at bilingual at minimum. And notice how unrelated the languages are??
