My alleged A2 level comes mostly from me taking the proficiency test on deutsche welle and finding that I
had no difficulty whatsoever, but with the B1 I did okay on reading but my listening comprehension was awful. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

So then you're about the same level as me (I'm B1 according to DW). I'm at lesson 68 on the passive phase/15 on the active; I still find it to be challenging and am learning new stuff from it everyday. Definitely try Assimil out. 2 persons have voted this message useful | |||

The last delay of the English base Assimil course for German said it would get released
