I started to record conversation in French with my aunt. I have few ideas how I can use it, but I'll be glad if you, as a more experienced learners, can give me some hints about it. I'm wondering also, is it worth to spend time with listening this conversation?

Some people would go 1 step further by posting bits and pieces of the recording for other people to
critique. Like you are a musician and plays a song. You want other people to give their opinion where
you might improve.

Even with a good ear, you don't always hear all your pronunciation mistakes so it is always good to have
opinions from other native speakers.

You might just try to see if you can transcribe it, or part of it.

There is no need to share it with others, unless you want to.

However, if you do choose to share it, people might be able to point out any
misapprehensions / mistakes.

I think it would be more useful to transcribe the pieces spoken by your aunt, who I
believe is an experienced speaker of French. This will test your listening
comprehension, or at least listening accuracy - were you able to convert what you heard
into coherent words, even if you didn't understand every word.

Yes, I think the only way to use it for learning is have a text of conversation.
