I found this Japanese Audio Book Library
by Hideo Ikeda who is an announcer. He says the literary works are in the public domain however the text is not available at the website. I suppose I should be able to find the books at a used book store. If not, then I could surely find them at a library. Well, now I've got some audio at least. I found the text of the audio books.
