Ahaha this week I haven't been keeping up with Anki as well as I have been.
And 2 days ago I was just sucking really badly with all the new cards for some reason.
I feel like I usually take 3-5 times of seeing most new card before I mark it as "<10m" and last Anki session it just it felt like it was taking me a lot longer.
I guess I'll calm down on adding new cards to my study for a few days or something and hopefully that'll make things come across clearer.
I did 65 minutes of StickyStudy today, which will probably be what I consider my using of Anki today. (I might use anki later tonight.)
I have a stupid question.
So let's say you're watching a show with subtitles.
You have the video play but as soon as the English text shows on the screen, pause the video read the text. After reading the text, distance your eyes from the text, press play and listen to what they're saying as intently as you can (with you every so often after-shadow talking to what they just said.), and try to see how well you can relate it to what you remember having just read.
Would doing that have any sort of effectiveness even if minimal? Or is it pretty much just a waste of time? (It makes a 22 minutes show turn into a 27 or more minutes to pause at pretty much every single subtitle.)
