(update)
I finished Pimsleur!! I'm really quite pleased with myself as I can honestly say this
is the first time I've completed a language resource form start to finish!
In other news, I found a way to fit 2 hours of Mandarin study into my schedule so now
that I have a reliable way I hope to keep this habit into the future.
Still on FSI Bio (unit 3) steadily working my way through it. I’m mostly sticking with
just doing the c1,p1 tapes for now as they are the easiest to take with me and do
without being bound to a desk.
(goal for coming week)
Maintain 2 hours of study
Reintroduce anki into schedule (some small measure maybe 20-50 cards a day)

I was studying Mandarin more actively about a year ago since I haven't been using the language for a
while. Most people tend to associate Mandarin as the language spoken in Mainland China and Taiwan. I
found some videos from Singapore and Malaysia as well where there is a high Chinese population
outside China. Some are in Mandarin, others in Fukinese and Cantonese. What I like about a movie or TV
series from Singapore is that they usually have subtitles & captions in both English and Chinese so they
are easy to follow.
