No, not at all. If anything, you came across as very humble; I had the impression that you assumed other people were more knowledgeable than they actually are.

Thanks, Stassri. I initially did think that people were more knowledgeable, may be
because I think it takes a lot to survive in this industry, and may be because I
sometimes don't know why anyone would want to capitalize on the fact that they're not
very knowledgeable. But then I remembered that that's not necessarily the case all the
time. The girls are a lot of fun to watch, and, dizzy dolls or not, I just didn't want to
sound like I'm putting them down or anything as that wasn't my intention :)
Are you currently learning any languages?
Sorry to derail your thread, Warp3 :)

No problem. At least my thread is seeing some activity other than weekly status
updates.
Yes, I honestly suspect she is that ditzy since that was just one example of many from
that show, not just a one off occurrence. Others on that show make mistakes, too,
but not quite with the frequency she does (though Oshima Mai and Sato Natsuki both
come pretty close at times).

My Korean immersion would have been higher this week, but I watched 5 episodes of 우리동네 예체능 this week and since those are subtitled, they only count for half-
credit. I was also working on some non-language tasks on Sunday but played music shows while doing so (since I don't need 100% attention for those) and ended up
watching 5 music shows in one day because of that.

I actually watched more Japanese TV (7.8 hrs) than Korean TV (7.7 hrs) this past week, even though my goals are significantly higher for Korean for this quarter (4 hrs
vs. 10 hrs). In fact, I nearly *doubled* my Japanese immersion goal this week.
