What is shadowing exactly? I've seen it discussed quite a bit but I haven't been able to find a description of what it is. Is it repeating what you hear with an audio book, or saying the same thing at the same time with an audio book?
Thanks,
Bruce

Shadowing is to speak along at (roughly) the same time, depending on how fast they speak, your own ear-tongue coordination, and if you're fairly familiar with the audio.
Some call this chorusing, some use the term for pausing-repeating, and some read and listen (and speak) at the same time.

Thanks. I thought that's what it would be but wanted to be sure I wasn't missing something.
