December 31 - January 2
I've been sick for the last few days, so I haven't been able to do much, least of all update my log.
Over these days I have listened to a few hours of Russian music, and done some flash cards, but I'm not keeping on top of things. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.

Soon has now passed, and is moving on to 'in the near future'. How's it going Farrioth?

Flashcards: 251.
January 4
Flashcards: 111 + 97 new.
40 minutes listening to Russian music.
24 kanji in Mnemosyne.
January 5
Flashcards: 152 + 74 new.
Listened to Russian music for a while while I was out. (That sentence sounds fine, but looks ridiculous written down. Interesting.) Probably about an hour.
January 6
Flashcards: 174 + 71
25 minutes Rosetta Stone Japanese. I've finished Lesson 3 ('core lesson') now.
40 minutes studying Ruslan 2 dialogues. I'm going to find some new dialogues soon.
80 minutes Russian music.
Put 11 new Russian sentences into Mnemosyne, but I haven't studied them all yet.
I've started work on putting sentences from Teach Yourself Esperanto (which I've worked through some of previously) into Mnemosyne. I'm up to lesson 2 so far.

Flashcards: 127 + 10. Need to put some more words & sentences in soon.
75 minutes of Russian music.
Did a little more of TY Esperanto.
Tried to do some kanji, but I kept forgetting them. This isn't usual. I'll try again tomorrow.
Studied some more Russian sentences.
Started reading through Oxford Russian Grammar and Verbs. This has been my reference for the past 6 months, but I'm going to read it in full now, which should round out my knowledge of the grammar well.
I've also worked out a revised / more serious study plan, which I discussed on #learnanylanguage. I'll post it tomorrow.

January 8
Flashcards: 153 + 6
January 9
Flashcards: 275 + 6
Russian dialogues: 10 minutes.
Esperanto music: 40 minutes.
Finished lesson 3 of TY Esperanto.
January 10
Not sure how many flash cards (about 150), but I got them done.
More of TY Esperanto.
Almost finished devanagari.
Well, I'm off to the two-week Esperanto conference in Sydney tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it, and hopefully I'll be able to get stuck into my studies seriously.
I don't know how much free time I'll have to study, so I might not do that much on my other languages, but Esperanto will of course be my focus anyway.
I don't intend to write logs while I'm away, but I will write a progress report when I return.
I also received my fist copy of Monato. This'll probably be my reading on the plane tomorrow.

Hey, are you going to post a 50-day update? Yesterday was day 50, so how much did you do?

Oh Farrioth,
How the mighty have fallen. Where's the updates? So many languages, so little to say? I find it hard to believe.
Yours,
Thom.
