I've often dreamed of a situation where I'm struggling to speak in Japanese just like I do in real life; fumbling over words, etc.

I recently had a dream in Spanish, English and Swedish. It was one of the weirdest dreams I have ever had.

I fell asleep reading a Latin Asterix book yesterday afternoon, and had a dream in which I was furiously conjugating meaningless Latin sentences for some reason (furious as in, you're about to die in Tetris, and if you crank out Latin sentences fast enough you go down a line).

When I tried to listen/read 'The Sorrows of Young Werther' last year, I dreamt in German 2 or 3 nights running, which may be an argument for the efficacy of L/R, but again, nothing that made sense.

I recently had a dream that featured one "scene" in Japanese; I don't remember what was said, but I remember I
was conversing with my friends who are in the same Japanese class as me and that I made a few mistakes but
caught myself before waking up. And I remember arguing over a grammar point with one of them, but I don't
remember anything more specific than that.

I remember so few of my dreams I can't say I've had any in other languages! I've been (more or less) immersed in a language twice now but I don't recall a dream in either French or Swahili. I'm going back for French immersion this summer, maybe i'll really be brainwashed this time.

I've never had a whole dream in a completely different language, but I do remember having spoken Spanish in one of my dreams. I was talking to a boy next to me on the bus (that I thought I liked at the time) and I spoke Spanish to him. It was pretty cool.
