Italian for me. It just sound beautiful to my ears. I'll eventually learn it just because of it :)
Than french and Spanish, but I don't like either one in particular. I prefer the sound of Russian and Japanese. Never heard Romanian or Catalan, and so I can't really give an an opinion on them. For me, Romance languages are romantic only when sung (except for Italian, which I find monotonous and phonetically poor). I voted for Portuguese, though, but I also could vote for Romanian, which is a unique Slavic-Romance combination.

Definitively Romanian, I've aways found it to be one of the most beautiful sounding languages, sounds like a softer Italian, tough I don't like the written language, if you never heard Romanian, take a little time to listen to it, it's wortwhile.
