Hi all,
I'd like to collect here links to the posts you have all found to be most useful about language learning methods.
I'll go first, for me, these are very valuable - (I'll edit my post if I think of other needed links)
Votle's summary of bacchanalian's LR Method<-- Volte's posts - posts 3 and 4 there
Scriptorium description
Flashcards and SRS software
-- summary from other posts, eventually I will organize these by topic --
Super-fast vocabulary learning techniques <-- Raчraч Ŋuɲa
A continuation of the endless I/O talk <-- Raчraч Ŋuɲa
Heinrich Schliemann’s memorizing method <-- Raчraч Ŋuɲa
How to Become a Polyglot by D. Spivak <-- Raчraч Ŋuɲa
Iversen's profile thread has several favorites
A compilation of furyou_gaijin's posts both from this forum and elsewhere for using podcasts for portable study, SRS use and Chinese character learning <-- Alkeides
-- updated as Requested by Julie --
If you post some links, please write a few words about the topic of the post. It would be more useful.

If you post some links, could you please write at least a few words about the topic of the post? It would be much more useful.

Pretty much everything Iversen has posted. I will try and make a collection of his
"basic theory" later this week. I agree almost 100% with his philosophy and find it a
very workable method.
More on this later

Agreed. I must admit: I have a small "book" in Microsoft OneNote, made up of clippings from his various posts. His learning methods have largely steered me in a new direction, and I'm finding that my progress - in *all* of my languages - is much quicker with his methods than with what I was doing before. The man deserves an award or something; who wants to buy him a nice dictionary? ;)

Want to work on this together? I'll message you later and we can compile it sometime
this weekend if you'd like. Might save Iversen a few thousand pages of explanation too
if we can say "read this thread. All of it." :)

I'm deeply flattered. However before anybody starts searching for bits and pieces of my outpourings all over the place I would like to mention that I have compiled a Wordfile with those of my general posts that I myself find most relevant (apart from my logfile, for which I have separate backupfiles). If anybody wants a links list I can simply copy them from this document, and that will be much faster than letting anybody else read through thousands of pages. Place keep an eye on my profile thread, because that's where I logically should put such things.
