Let's turn it a little..
Eis = "ice" in German - and 'ICE' is a German fast train so there is even a connection back to the preceding railway oriented submissions
In Portugues "eis" is almost the same as French "voici", something like "see here". In Old Greek εἰς is a preposition, something like σε
