I'd have to say Arabic and Hebrew. Borrow some vowels. Main reason for my dislike of Arabic is Team America. Every time I hear Arabic, it all becomes "derka derka muhammad jihad" to me. |

I don't know about Hebrew, but I find Arabic fairly vowel-rich. Initial consonant clusters are non-existent in the standard language apart from foreign words, and consonant clusters consisting of more than two consonants are rare as well. Plus the fact that the three short vowels have long counterparts which are pronounced quite clearly and often emphasized in readings of the Qur'an.

I absolutely love the movie Team America and I don't think of "Derka Derka" when I hear Arabic. That movie was parody and anyone who didn't get it...well...yeah that's all I'll say on that matter...
I must admit that it is a pretty rough language. Hebrew is a bit smoother though and is very beautiful when sung.
They both certainly do have vowels.

Dutch and Hebrew probably sound a bit similar to somebody who isn't familiar with either. They have many of the same sounds and pronounciations.
I like both.

I like Dutch but English with a Dutch accent is very ugly.

You only say that because you are biased. :-) Everybody thinks that English with [<their own accent>] sounds ugly.
In reality English with a Dutch accent sounds perfectly nice. I can think of some other accents that don't sound so great in English, but Dutch is not in that group.
As you probably know, NL (and Scandinavia) are legendary in the UK because British people can't believe how good English most people speak.
The only comment I'd say is that Dutch people use too much American pronounciation for my taste, bearing in mind that its only a short ferry ride from the UK, but quite far from the United States.

Some Dutch pronounciations sounds like they are spitting up from the back of the throat and it is a turn off to me(though they are beautiful people)..I think Hebrew has this spitting sound also (they are also beautiful people i want to add)

I have a deep-rooted cultural prejudice against Bavaria. It's one of my guilty pleasures to keep it alive. ;)
Yes, kidding.
