Using the link from the page I found seems to still add the Portuguese CD to your basket.
When did MLBooks add the digitised version of FSI French? I've never seen that before.

The books are in PDF and the audio is probably in MP3. The audio samples sound fine to me but I have low standards for FSI audio quality. I'll find out more after I order it.

Yes, it doesn't seem to want to add it to the cart from the link that I posted, but it's not a problem with the link Sir Nigel posted.

It must have happened quite recently, seeing as I visit their site quite regularly and it wasn't there last time. They've had mp3 versions of the Iraqi and Saudi Arabic courses for a while, so I guess it's logical to go that way with the rest of the courses.

It's been there for several months because it's the same version available from the Platiquemos site.
Andy.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the version of FSI French offered on the Platiquemos site is the Audio CD version, not the MP3/PDF version.

Correct. Even though the material has "Multilingual Books" as the obvious publisher, it seems one is able to escape the terrible delays by using Platiquemos to order instead of MLB.

It would have helped immeasurably if I'd actually read the contents of the last few posts properly instead of just jumping to conclusions.
Now all I need is for them to add a download version....
...and preferably buy it through Platiquemos.
Andy.

Has anyone figured out if the CD-ROM versions of the FSI courses offered by NTIS are copyrighted? The site says "single user" on the product description page. Hopefully this isn't hinting that there's some type of copyright now that they've put the course to a digital format.

It would say it is copyrighted if it was. Looks like they just want customers to know its for a single user, not for group lessons.
