универсал = universal, - not a very exotic word, but it is in fact the first word on у in the Moldovan version of the Declaration of Human Rights, as written in Cyrillic letters (Moldova switched back to the Latin alphabet in 1989)
Btw. I found this while checking the cyrillic Moldovan alphabet in Wikipedia:
In October 2009, Vlad Filat, the new Prime Minister of Moldova, announced that he intends to propose changes in the Constitution regarding the name of the language, replacing "Moldovan" with "Romanian".
(this has not yet been incorporated in the Romanian - or Moldovan - version)

Пётр Ильич Чайковский (1840—1893) — русский композитор
Tschaikovskij - Russian composer, whose name can be transliterated in many and weird ways;
Pjotr (Peter) Iljitj Tjajkovsky (Dansk)
Pjotr Iljitsch Tschaikowski (German)
Pjotr Iljitsj Tsjaikofski (Afrikaans)
Piotr Ilitch Tchaïkovski (Français)
Pjotr Iljics Csajkovszkij (Magyar)
Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky o Ciajkovskij (Italiano)
Petrus Eliae filius Tchaikovski (Latin) ... though the surname looks distinctly in-Latin (better: Tiaikovski)
Piotr Ilitx Txaikovski (Catalá)
Pjotr Iljiĉ Ĉajkovskij (Esperanto)
Piotr Iljicz Czajkowski (Polish)
(thanks to a bunch of Wikipedias)
