Hey, congrats for your exams and for watching Torchwood! I watched it recently as I loved Dr Who and am still waiting for the new season to be over so I can...ahem. Anyway, it was fun but it's actually what made me go into a Buffy binge (not telling you why, I don't know if you've gotten there yet).
And if you want a French person to talk to, I'd be glad to, although I don't log into skype often as my computer can't handle skype and anything else at the same time. Thanks Joan :) I am almost at the end of Season 2 of Torchwood so thankfully not much to go XD May my studies resume soon! I love that ep with James Marsters XD Spike is probably my fav character on Buffy, though it's difficult to choose!!
Yesterday I spent umm 8 hours having Spanish convos with the in-laws! :D That was my major language practise. Got home quite late so must say I haven't been doing much language-related today except listening to music and watching a few youtube clips. I can't believe you people watch Buffy, it's like the most redicilous, silliest thing ever aired on tv after (3d rock of the sun)..but i guess you girls like to see a powerful girl..yeah, keep dreaming chicks.

I hate Superman too, and Batman and Spiderman and all these fictional silly movies.

Haha :) Personally I like both Buffy and Fight Club! :) My fav movie in English has to be Waking Life though!! Anyone seen it? Very philosophical ^^
Also hello Dantalian :) As for me, mostly I've been on my media diet! XD Watching Arabic shows on jcctv, Spanish tv from both Argentina and Spain and listening to podcasts. Slowly working through some more grammar and still doing quite a bit of reading.. but at the moment my report card would read "Jenny needs to work harder" lol :) 1 person has voted this message useful | |

It's all in good spirits! I like Fight Club too, but I've never seen or read Twilight, although I've read the Cracked synopsis which is pretty hilarious. I've never seen Waking life, I'll look it up. A little English practice wouldn't hurt...
