Cool~~ i have found interesting resource for Japanese!
Elin Nihongo dekimasu.
cool video lessons, entirely in Japanese, it's rather for beginners though (they speak Japanese all the time, but they teach very basic stuff, that's a very strange way of learning I would say, but anyway, I am happy that i can understand what they are saying).
I have learned that~~ Korea, Australia and China are countries with most people who learn nihongo.
Interesting~~
by that, it would be quite normal for an Australian to speak Japanese!?
As for Koreans and Chinese, it is not so strange, the languages are somewhat similar and...

^ I'm from Australia, and have never met anyone here who speaks Japanese past an intermediate level, probably only
one person I've heard of who speaks it well. It's not that uncommon though to be studied in primary school or even
at uni as beginner subjects, mostly those who are at an alright level already speak Chinese/Korean. But, not sure if
there are many people at all who speak it fluently.
Chinese? Definitely, there is a large Chinese population where I'm from. Not Japanese though.

well, what can I say, I had no Internet for the last few days, OK.
But at least I learned Thai Consonants, watched some Korean dramas etc~~
plus Chinese vocabulary from the picture dictionary.
I feel my Korean listening ability is improving!

I made a goal of watching 1000 hours of: English, Korean, Japanese plus Chinese.
I hope I will reach fluency then, of course I am not starting from zero.
Japanese is already at 60 or 70 per cent.
1000 hours contains reading time.
I mean practice in general.

Watched Japanese movie about Fox helen, very good one.
My girlfriend is Nine Tailed Fox - Korean drama
grim reaper girl - Taiwanese drama (too hard! I even could not know if it was in mandarin or some Taiwanese dialect).
Watched Elin.
ah, it is so annoying!
the people who cannot tell the difference between Chinese and Japanese!!!
They wrote it's Chinese raw manga (interesting, since "raw" term can be used only to UNTRANSLATED works, which can only be Japanese (unless it is originally produced in China or Korea).
It's like Japanese would say:
hey! I have American movie!
hey it's Swedish one!
ah, who cares, Swedish, Finnish, they look the same to me.
