Have you ever been to Kansai? Last January, I went there and I expected to have a hard time, but since everyone speaks standard Japanese, I was just fine. But even when people spoke together, it was still ok. Once you get the basic grammatical difference like -hen, -ya, etc., it covers lots.
By the way, which JLPT level are you going for?

Recently I have read a book called " niubi" about Chinese language...
i t was OK, I have learned some new vocabulary...
And finally understood the Chinese people who said that it's very "cow" that I learn so many languages, I was thinking they say I am showing off (blowing a cow).
