I hope it is not too late to change my mind. I am assigned to the Turkish team only and I want to fokus on more languages, the most important being Italian and Swahili for the time being. So I would like to change to Individual TAC. Sorry for deciding this so late.
My languages:
Swahili, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi
And one more not listed before: Arabic (especially Egyptian) instead of Swedish

Przemek, I'm also studying Swahili and would be glad to create a Swahili Team for you and me. I had chosen to place you on the Turkish Team because otherwise Sierra would not have a teammate. What do you think?
EDIT: I've also just noticed that there is still room on the Italian Team too. Would you like to be moved there?

Alright, this is now just the thread to announce your participation in TAC 2011 now that Fasulye has kindly created this thread for listing the teams. I will have just one post on the first page of that thread for you to check on to see the updated team assignments instead of having to wade through all the pages in this thread.

I would like to join the Turkish team with Sierra because it's rare that I can find people who study the same target languages as I do. I have read Sierra's log and I find it inspirational. So please count me in for this team!

Hello everybody,
I'd like to join both TACs2010: team and solo.
My plans:
1) my main focus: German and Japanese, improve to upperintermadiate, to be able to convers
2) Maintaining: French, English, Italian, Spanish, the most important being Italian.
So I would like to be in German, Japanese or Italian team
3) start on Sanskrit
4) lower priority: Mandarin, Turkish

Anya, I've placed you on the German Team. I think you meant TAC 2011, as TAC 2010 will be over in about ten days. You can be in only one of the groups for the TACs, but you are free to study whatever you like in addition to the language of your team.

I'm new to the TAC Challenge. I will be studying Danish with the Scandinavian Team Å, and I will also be working on Spanish.
Do I understand it correctly?
I start an individual log. I name it something like "Jaynie TAC 2011 Team Å."
In my log, I post my goals, progress, etc.
I visit and comment on other logs that belong to Team Å members.
While my main priority for 2011 is to work on Danish, but I would also post about my Spanish studies in my log.
Anything else?!
