@zuney bunny: are you doing immersion? If not, A1 to B2 in a summer sound really ambitious... Especially in Turkish

Well I've already studied about a month of Turkish, and I'm feeling really good about it.
(I can have simple conversations).

I'm not doing immersion, just studying by watching TV show (EZEL), studying the 1000 most
common Turkish words, and TY Turkish.

Maybe B1. But I'm definitely not staying in the A range.

Well, if you can have simple conversations, maybe you're a bit beyond A1. then you could get to a really good B1/ low B2. It all depends on you motivation and the time you spend on it.

I would go to B1. But the exact classification doesn't really matter right? As long as I
get there...

I'll go for B1. Can I join the Turkish team?

Zuneybunny, from my side you are welcome to join our Turkish team. My other teammates might have become inactive, I fear. I am always happy to read that there are more people ready to learn the Turkish language.

Ok sounds great! How do you guys usually go about doing this? Is there a thread on the
team?

@jhois777: I've added you to the Spanish Team Ñ.

@kraemder: You're now on the Japanese Team あ.

@zohan: If you go back to the beginning of this thread, there should be an explanation of what the challenge is and how the teams are supposed to work. As for the Swedish team, unfortunately there is none. There was a Danish (formerly "Scandinavian") Team Å but both of its members are now inactive. Would you like to be an individual participant for Swedish instead?

@zuneybunny: I've added you to the Turkish Team Ğ along with Fasulye. Now you just need to open a log.
