刀 “knife”
分 using a “knife”, one can “share” something in order to “understand” it’s structure
切 if we add “seven” to “knife” it will be “cut” verb. It’s easy to remember, if you know the Russian proverb “семь раз отмерь, один раз отрежь” (“measure seven times, cut one time”)

Je suis en train de lire le nouveau livre d’ Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt, sur Beethoven. Dans la premier partie, l ‘auteur raconte ses impressions de la musique de Beethoven. Pour un moment, je trouve rien de special. J ‘éspere que la deusieme partie du livre (une aventure d ‘une femme – soixantaine qui change sa vie) sera plus passionante. Un autre livre (que je suis en train de lire depuis longtemps): c ‘est « Grand amour» d ‘ Erik Orsena. J ‘ai bien aimé le debut du livre : l ‘histoire d’un amour non–partagé qui pousse l ‘hero à la reussite proffesionel...mais apres je suis de plus en plus ennuyée : les histoires « dans le coulisses » de la vie politique – ça pourras être interessant mais ça n ‘est pas. Une tentative de vendre le fruit interdit qu ‘est déjà bien vendu et n ‘etonne plus. L ‘auteur aime bien souligner sa maitrise de langue, je trouve que ça sort à la façon en peu pretenciese... bien que en principe c’est normal d ‘être fiere de ses quelités proffesionelle.
