I do my assimil lessons seated in a yoga ball, it really helps :)

Anyone know of some upbeat Swedish music that is easy to understand what they're saying? Thought I could use it to listen to at the gym to keep me going...

I believe you can get P90x in French and Spanish :D I use working out as a break from languages usually, and just learning in general. All you need is 45 minutes a day to make a huge difference in your health and your life:)
