Most of them, but not all - I'm pretty sure Finnish is primarily SVO, although SOV constructions are also used, and Esperanto is kinda hard to classify according to word order, since it could vary depending on the speaker's first language. Conversely, there are SOV languages that are not agglutinative - Latin, Ancient Greek and Sanskrit spring to mind. Anyway, the SOV order is not the defining feature of agglutinative languages.
