Dying of jealousy about the travelling!

I saw the Intouchables recently - loved it so much I went to see it twice, though truth be told, the second time was mostly so I could see the very fine Maserati Quattroporte again!
Congratulations with the language learning Cavesa!

So long without a new post in my log, shame on me!
So, here is a large update:
1.My life: a lot has changed, studying again, a month of health issues (hopefully
solved now), home from traveling, and right now cooking spaghetti with pesto. (I
definitely should learn Italian in future, at least for the food). I have been REALLY
LAZY with my languages but, at least, I have recently did a lot of tv series watching
in French, Spanish and English.
2.German: After the 6w, I was not at the B1, that had been a motivational dream. But I
can survive the basic situations in German and my passive skills are somewhere around
A2. I need to pick up the books again and get working. I really want German to become
one of my strong languages.
3.French: I don't have to go to classes at university because I proved my level to be
higher in the entry test. But I will work on French because I have decided to take DALF
C1 in February (I have only one large exam this winter at school thanks to various
circumstances). I have watched 9 episodes of Grimm and ended the first season.
Unfortunately, the second hasn't been dubbed yet. Any ideas for originally French
series? Anything will do but I love the most fantasy/sci-fi/detective stories. Not sure
whether I mentioned previously that I had finished the book by Fred Vargas. I love the
author. And that's another +1 for my Advanced Super Challenge.
4.Spanish: Not much of work. But I progressed a lot thanks to 22 episodes of Erase una
vez (once upon a time). Now watching second series in English and I love it. First
episode in Spanish was a bit difficult but I quickly catched up. I always understood
what was going on and I often understood even details! Yay! And I was thinking quite a
lot in Spanish during and right after watching, some things really got inside my head.
I need to work on my Spanish when the time allows it.
5.English. I have recently written a few pieces of homework for my boyfriend. It was
late in the night so it was needed fast. Firstly, the authors of their textbook
(focused on English for architects and engineers) are morons who have probably never
really used the language for anything else than writing the textbook. Secondly, I was a
bit upset that the homework wasn't perfect. I made a few stupid mistakes (but I wrote
it after midnight!). I need to get back to the English grammar. Please, when you see
such a bug in my writing here, let me know! Other than that, I've seen like 5 episodes
of the Big bang theory, 6 of Once upon a time and 9 of Grimm. And I have read three
books, even though I feel nearly ashamed of mentioning them (Fifty shades of gray
trilogy). The story is really stupid, the main character is as realistic as a pink
dinosaur and half of the book is porn, but I couldn't stop reading. At least I got some
new vocabulary :-D And I need to move on with the reading part of the ASC :-)
6:Swedish. The Assimil challenge, starting today. I will do everything in the Assimil
way only. Really passive passive way (no writing everything out, no anki (after all,
Swedish vocab shouldn't be such a trouble). And translation based active wave (I might
put the writing and anki in there but not anything else). I'll let you know how it is
going.
Last thing: I'll write more often, our TAC team must not die!

Good luck with the Swedish challenge.
I haven't exactly been the most supportive teammate but you seem to have been getting
along quite fine. Assimil is a really great resource and I hope you do well in the
challenge.
