I borrowed a bilingual children's book about Sojourner Truth today and read it once. If I read it 4 more times it will count as one book.
I borrowed "Chariots of Fire" and look forward to watching it later.
I read some more of the RV 1909 and 2 more Mexican stories today.
10 days into the challenge, and 4 or 5 days I didn't do any reading. This isn't going as well as I hoped it would.

Luckily, there's still time to turn that around.
Good luck. Here's to the next 12 days being better than the first ones.

Thanks, Volte.
I have a lot of free time between now and June 4th, so there's no reason why I shouldn't read and watch a lot.

I read the Sojourner Truth book again, for the 2nd time. 3 more times and it counts as one book. I didn't look at the English that much, and read the Spanish almost the entire time. I only had to look at the English a few times. It's probably more a matter of me remembering the story than being able to understand the Spanish.
I'll see if I can get more done today.

I watched 28 of 30 scenes of "Titanic" last night, and finished watching the last two scenes this morning. This makes it my first two movies watched, because it's over 3 hours.
I need to start reading regularly again. I'm not worried about watching 100 movies in 20 months, but I am worried about reading 100 books.

I read the one picture book again for a fifth time and read half the dual language book.
Not so good.

I read 2 stories from a bilingual book, this one has stories from all of Latin America. There are 16 stories in the book, so if I can read 2 a day, I'll be able to read the enire book in about a week.
I'll need to find some movies I want to watch.
So far I have 3 movies and 1.5 books. Not that good.
