Ladies and gentlemen: I give you:
The Advanced Super Challenge: Most of the rules as for the regular Super Challenge - the main difference being that for this challenge you do:
200 books
200 films in
20 months.
SUPER CHALLENGE RULES
Only full challenges allowed- half challenges would defeat the purpose, but you chose whether you want:
The Advanced Super Challenge (200 books, 200 films)
The Advanced Super Duper Challenge - where you add 100 hours conversation or 200 written texts.
The Advanced Super Duper Mega Challenge where you have 200 books, 200 films, 100 hours conversation and 200 written texts.
I assume that this will only attract a very select few, but you can start registering now, and then we'll see about registering in the bot as soon as possible.
We start: Now!
In any level you like - but due to the amount of work - intended for the B2-C2.
Register in this thread with language, type of level and type of challenge.
Good luck!
THE PROUD PARTICIPANTS OF THIS CHALLENGE OF ALL CHALLENGES ARE:
MAYDAYAYDAY:
Spanish: Advanced Super Duper Mega Challenge
CLUMSY
Korean: Advanced Super Challenge
CAVESA
English: Advanced Super Challenge
French: Advanced Super Challenge
KARTOF
Bulgarian: Advanced Super Duper Challenge
SOLFRID CRISTIN
French: Advanced Super Challenge

argh nooooo :S
I definitely aim for C1/passive C2 in Portuguese by the end of the Super Challenge, but even 100 books are quite a lot (and will involve a lot of rereading). 200? nah... skipping that one.
Cristina, are you going to do one yourself?

Thanks though I may be bordering on insane - we shall see; I'll be re-reading a lot of books I've already read but as I do my work related preliminary research in Spanish (and now in French) and watching an awful lot of DVD's over and over again.

This is crazy. It's like doing 2 full Super Challenges!
Oh, wait. I am doing two full Super Challenges.
I'll be insane with you, maydayayday! Maybe some of our books and movies will overlap and we can compare notes. =)
Buena suerte!

So, good news for the crazy few who have enough spare time and energy to participate in the Advanced challenge(s) - the Language Bot now supports them!
Use the #advanced tag for the advanced super challenge, and the #mega tag for the advanced super mega challenge (you can also use the #writing and #conversation tags to limit this like the half and duper challenges).
Good luck!
