That first video of emk's made me realize that even after all this time I've spent studying Japanese, it is easier to understand French (which I haven't studied) as long as it is spoken slowly enough and with a bad accent.

I have not been studying ANY French since the first week of January. I have not lost interest, I just have not found the opportunity.
I just noticed that I have been on board here for 1628 days, and have created 813 posts - one short of an average of a post every two days. And this post will make up that deficiency, putting me at 814. I assume I will be getting a cake or something similar for this awesome achievement (achievement in posting, not learning). I think the cake comes when you reach 1000.
