I always thought that English was Westron; since I can't hear any errors in her Westron she must also have a C2 in that. |

Well, at least in the books (PT-BR version) they always refer to the language spoken in Westeros as "Common Tongue".

Huh, I guess it is called the common tongue. I always assumed that you took the name of the continent and add a -n at the end to refer to the language but George RR Martin just refered to it as 'Common tongue'

Dany picks up a few languages along the way and Arya shows some talent for language learning as well. Missandei is born in Naath and by the age of 11, she speaks the Common Tongue of Westeros, High Valyrian and bastard Valyrian (Astapori dialect, probably others) fluently and works as a translator. I'd have to re-read the books to evaluate their level and the level of other characters though.
In the Kushiel's legacy serie by Jacqueline Carey, Phèdre and Alcuin's education has a great focus on languages. In adulthood, she shows uncanny talent for language learning and she probably has a C2 level in a few of them and various levels in others. Moirin also takes an interest in languages but I do not think she gets as good a level as Phèdre.
In the Earth's children serie by Jean M. Auel, Ayla, Cro-Magnon girl, is adopted by a tribe of Neanderthals at the age of 5. She struggles a lot with the language since language acquisition in the Neanderthal tribe (in the book) is based on a memory that is already present in a child's brains at birth and they only need to be reminded once or twice to know a word and its variations. Since she does not have those memory, she has to actually learn the language and her progress are slow in her Clan's standard. As a result, many consider her retarded and she feels very much apart. Through hard work, she manages to achieve a C2 level in her Clan's language as well as the "Neantdethal Common tongue" but she forgets her native tongue.
Spoiler : In the following books,
She gets to live with people from various tribes. Due to how much effort she is used to put into it, she shows a remarkable ability for learning language though she does not feel that way. She gets a C2 level in at least Mamutoii and Zelandonii though her speech keeps a strangeness to it. She also has varying levels in other languages.

Westron is the Common Language in the Middle Earth!!!
I wonder how Ghân-buri-ghân qualifies btw..his speech is a bit peculiar (referring to himself in the 3rd person, lack of link verbs) but he's better than Tarzan. B1 with very weak grammar, maybe?

Here's a cool video of the guy who developed Dothraki:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/tv-and-radio/video/2013/apr/30/gam e-of-thrones-how-speak-dothraki-video
It's cool the level of detail they used. So apparently it didn't make sense for the Dothraki to have words for books, for instance, so they use loan words from High Valyrian.

The policeman on the tv show 'Allo 'Allo. He is a British intelligence agent during WW2.
He is in France, undercover as a French policeman. The show is in English and the
character is speaking VERY bad English with a French accent. In the world of this show,
this is supposed to represent him speaking very bad French. A part of the humor is that
he THINKS he is C2 but is actually a weak A1.
He appears at 10:37 in this link.
Allo Allo
