For me almost all languages have certain beauty, even though I haven't heard all of them, but I do have my favorites:
The romance family (at least the big brothers), I love Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and like Romanian a lot.
I love the sound of modern Greek, also Russian and Croatian.
and about that thing about Spanish (higher volume on average than speakers of other languages) :):):):)
it's true!!!, but I think you should listen to the "norteƱo" variety of Mexican Spanish (which is the one I speak).
Even Mexican people from other states say that we speak like we were angry or something (strong and loud hahahaha), but I think that our Spanish is such a beautiful language.

The sound of French used to take my breath away, but I've now learned the language so well that I no longer notice what it sounds like... shame, really.
My current favourite is Ancient Romanian, its beauty is beyond words for me.
That said though, Greek, Japanese, and Swedish sound rather cute =)

For me it's all the usuals here: French, Italian, and Spanish. I also (like everyone else) like the sound of Greek and Russian too. Hebrew sounds nice also.
But my real favorite is a little different: European Portuguese. Most people think it sounds harsh and thick. I thought so too until I went to live in Portugal for 2 months. It grows on you, I think. It really is a beautiful language spoken. And it also has a real rythm to it. It's fun to speak.

My favorite one is Japanese, I just love how the language sounds to my ears! I also like how Korean and Vietnamese sound.
I'm neutral on most of the other languages. I don't like how German sounds, it's too aggressive for me!

Contrary to many, I love the sound of German very much. I think German sounds very intellectual and somehow when i hear anyone speaking it fluently, it makes me feel that the person speaking it must be highly intelligent and sophisticated.
Come to think of it, the major significant composers of western classical music (such as Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, Mendelssohn, Brahms) and many great physicists (Albert Einstein) were German speaking. It makes one wonder if learning German makes one's mind more creative in such areas.

I love the sound of Italian and French (depending on accent).
I don't notice Spanish much anymore as I'm so used to it but I do still absolutely love the sound of the Canarian accent, I find it absolutely irresistible.
Lots of Polish people live near me and I really like the sound of the language, although I can't understand a word :(

Setswana (Botswana) is absolutely gorgeous to hear. Other Southern African languages are, as well.
Spanish and French are always nice, Portuguese has a certain "thing" to it (I can't put my finger on it) and even a language like German can be pleasant.
To be perfectly honest, I think every language is beautiful (sounds cheesy, but I stand by it).
