I don't understand... We have to vote a TAC 2013 winner who wasn't a TAC member in 2013..? |

Every TAC - year we have some people who don't want to be members of a TAC team, so they participate in the TAC as "individual participants" with their logs. In 2012 I was such a participant, because there was no suitable team for me to join.
So you can vote for a whole team AND for for one indivual participant (who was not a member of any team in 2013).

It's just some suggested categories, I'm not sure if Cristina meant we should have them all. I think some 3-5 additional categories would be great. It's a bit unfair how leaving one's team only improves the chances of individual recognition.

Ahh ok I see, thanks for clearing that up. So then the title 'TAC winner' goes to the individual with the most votes
who wasn't in a team, and also every active member of the team that gets the most votes?

If a TAC - team wins the title, then every team member, who kept his/her log until december 2013 is a TAC team winner. Of course the "dropouts" of this team cannot be TAC team winners.

For now that's how it works, yes. I think it's not fair that individual participants are only competing against each other and not against everyone who kept a log, though.

How do we do when we were in 3 teams and have no idea about how did the some of the others ? For instance, I
know that the MIR team was good but I don't know in detail and don't know much about the other teams...

Have a look at the logs/end of year summaries/team threads.

I think you should have one team winner, and one overall log winner (best individual
performance) which can be drawn from all teams and also the individual participants.
Seems fair to me.
