Watched a couple episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer in German with no subtitles. No real issues. I plan on tackling a few more Assimil lessons later tonight as well.

What continues to amaze me is that even with intensive Mandarin and Spanish study, it is still German that enthralls me like no other language. I get lost sometimes in German in a way that I don't get with other languages. I wish I knew what it was about German that has this power over me.

lernen.

Would the two of you like corrections for your German?

Kind regards!

@Josquin, Thank you. I would appreciate correction as well. I already see one problem. It should be zur
deutschen Sprache, although now that I look at this, I wonder if zu is even the right preposition... perhaps it
should be für? I think zu changes the meaning? I don't know, but will leave it to your expertise.
Vielen Dank in Voraus.

@BaronBill, My apologies for replying to Josquin via your log. I think it may be bad etiquette, but am also not an
expert in that area, either. Entschuldigung.

Ich freue mich sehr auf deine Fortschrittsberichte. Übrigens, was sind "Inseln"?

How To Improve Your Foreign Language Immediately" heißt.
