That's exactly what happens to me. Is there any way to improve it?

-Activate corrections right away and don't delay -- repeat it, make it yours.

-Keep a corrections log.

-Try to understand how sounds get distorted when you speed up and why it's happening.

-Slow down and aim for control and clarity. This is far more important than speed.

-Talk to yourself (self-talk) and read out loud, always focusing on clarity and control over speed.

I think Arekkusu's advice is spot on. This is exactly what I mean by concentrating on production.

I think there is room on this forum for deeper discussions about pronunciation and strategies for improvement.
