A bit of a delayed answer!
The Muzzy course in French is exclusively in French. I assume that it is the same for the other languages.
I bought French levels 1 and 2 on DVDs for my children from eBay and saved a fair amount. They are extremely expensive and I don't think that they are good value for money. However, my children really like watching them and they appear to pick up the basics of the language.
I don't think that I'll buy the other languages though. Instead, when they're older, they can choose to learn whatever languages they want!

If your child resists speaking in some other language it's usually because they (or you) are not as capable in speaking it than the other language that they prefer and thus it irritates them. Just keep on speaking the second language to them as some sort of family rule and they'll pretty soon wont mind speaking the other language too. I had the above exprience with my 5 year old brother.
