I went through all Basic Spanish 1, just once per lesson, and without the audio. This meant I completed it on my lunch breaks, each 30 minutes, in about a month. I'd already done a few different Spanish courses, Michel Thomas Foundation, Advanced, Vocabulary and the first half of Teach Yourself Spanish.

I'm now using FSI - Basic Hungarian, and doing this totally differently. As I'd very little Hungarian before, and Hungarian isn't Indo-European, I'm going through a lesson a week. This means I'll play the all the audio for a given unit each day for the entire week. Perhaps I'm stretching overlearning, and I might try and increase the pace later.
