TKK,
I doubt you'll find anyone who has used all 5 enough to comment.

I'm quite pleased with the Langenscheidt "Universal" series -- tiny little near-indestructible pocketable dictionaries with a surprisingly good range of vocabulary for their size.

They are good. I have several. They, and pocket-sized dictionaries in general, are well suited to my study style. I like to carry them around, looking at them in spare moments.
Also worthy of mention is their "Lilliput" series, which is a tiny booklet. I picked up a Latin-German one for about 2 Euro, in Germany.

I have both Oxford mini-dictionary and Oxford big one, and I have a Cambridge dictionary CD-Rom , but I prefer Oxford, and there is also Larousse, which has very commodious shelf of languages, and it's widely renown as a top dictionary .

My favorite french-only dictionary is absolutely the Multidictionnaire de la langue française by Marie-Eva de Villers.
In my experience, it has been better and more useful than Larousse or Le petit Robert.

Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary has been my BIBLE since high school, still love it!
Even though my classmate used to say: 'Longman knows best, go ask Longman' :P

But I do owe a pocket edition of Oxford Thesaurus and Webster's Spelling Dictionary.
