Because the original L-R thread is so unwieldy, siomotteikiru asked me to post the following links to his/her posts from it. They're in .rar archives; .rar is just as safe as .zip, but takes a little less space. The .rar archive contains a 40 page .doc file with the posts.

Thank you for providing the rar file. I am trying to use L-R method, but encountering exhaustive hours of preparing parallel texts for French/English and Russian/English. I am currently working on Irene Nemirosky's "Suite francaise" but it is taking me a long time. Does anyone have parallel texts in French/English to share? I am willing to share mine once I have finished it.

Yes, I've just created a topic (based on links from atamagaii) on places to get parallel texts, including French-English ones.
