No matter what age you are, congratulations on learning another language up to this point. Your English is very good.
Hulu.com is good for streaming American television. My current favorite was a reality TV show called "Solitary" that's gone on for three seasons now. It's interesting to watch, and it's people speaking normally with various accents.
Music is one of my favorite ways to pick up a language. If you like rap, my suggestions would be Eminem/Slim Shady (his more popular songs touch a wide base) and anything Mike Shinoda (the MC for Linkin Park).
The last part is audiobooks. I'm told that these are a great learning tool. I personally can't stand them. My advice would be to stick with things that interest you. Three hours spent enjoying yourself and learning is a lot better than an hour spent grinding your teeth together and praying for the end.
Best of luck!

Hulu is only available if you're in the US, which kind of sucks. There are _huge_ numbers of podcasts out there. I've started listening to a bunch in French. I'm sure you can find enough to keep you interested for hours in English.

Hmm... interesting audiobooks. I suppose it depends on what interests you..
Fiction? Non-fiction? I can certainly recommend some books that I enjoyed, but if you're not into the same things...
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. (5 books, all available read by the author).
The Black Swan and Fooled by Randomness, both my Nassim Nicholas Taleb.
Supercrunchers, Freakanomics, Getting Things Done.
This American Life is a very well-done podcast that you might enjoy. It covers a wide range of topics. Online at thisamericanlife.org..
Let me know what sorts of things you like and I'll see what I can find.
