For a German base: Reclam - books for several languages, including Latin and Russian. <--Volte
For bilingual books in Czech + (English or French or German or Spanish) the main publisher is: Garamond particularly enjoyable are the Crime fiction books <-- Splog

For Arabic, I discovered Dar Al Bihar and mail-ordered several classics and children's books with English and Arabic side-by-side. The quality of print is good, the price is very reasonable and the Arabic text is large, just vowels are missing as usual.

They sell on Amazon.com, but there's also a site that has more of their stuff, I mislaid the link.

For a German base, I like Reclam. They have books for several languages, including Latin and Russian.

My main gripe so far is that they align on a page by page basis, so actual lines can be quite a bit off. Secondarily, the quality varies - I saw one Latin book with the footnotes in French, which almost certainly should not have been the case.

Here are quite a few Arabic bilingual titles:

http://www.alkitab.com/s1040-ar-dual-language-fictione-a.htm l

I would object though that they feature lots of works written in foreign languages with Arabic translation, rather than the other way around as it should be, that is, works written originally in your target language with translation into English or whatever other language you already speak. They probably are meant for Arabic students of English.
