I've found a couple such resources in this very forum. I haven't checked that German one personally, but the French one I have and it's helpful.
French: http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?T ID=12868&PN=32
German: http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?T ID=27241&PN=1
And here's another German one, specifically about Astronomy. I've tried this one and it's also very helpful. And the whole blog is interesting too, he has a lot of great articles about linguistics: http://www.pagef30.com/2010/05/learn-german-through-astronom y-podcasts.html
Great thread idea, I wish it had more replies.

Français facile is indeed a good one, though they don't seem to have an actual archive, you just need to get it as it comes up.
LingQ is a great resource for content and they have a lot of decent content across many languages. Even if you don't like the system, you don't need to pay anything and you still get access to everything on there. Most of the audio seems user made and therefore not particularly professional but certainly more than usable.

Do interviews count?
If yes, then
Transcripts aren't true copies, nevetheless - still can be useful.
