Thanks songlines. I'd like to be part of the team TAC for Russian. Goal: A2->C1 in a year. If there's not enough people for a team, I'll do the individual TAC.
Do I make a log thread of my own or simply post my progress in this thread?

I would like to participate in an individual TAC. I will be learning French and starting more or less from scratch. I hope to reach a B1 - B2 level in a year.

Please create your own logbook thread in this subforum. Title it whatever you like, but the title should include "TAC 2011" and the name of your team. Team assignments are found here.

All right, I would like to participate in this, too. I'll be focusing on French but also working on Italian. I already know
quite a bit of French (I've taken five years of it in school, and my mom is a French professor) but am not taking it in
school this year and would like to make a lot more progress in it. As for Italian, I've started studying it several times
and never stuck with it, so hopefully this will help me actually do that.

I'm going to join too(since I think today's the last day to do so, and I've been thinking about whether or not to actually commit myself to this.)
The language I'm going to be focusing on is Russian from scratch, and I'll also work a bit on Italian and Korean.

I'd like to try an individual TAC. I'll be studying French and my goal is the DALF C1 exam in June 2011.

Hello all,
I've jumped back into language learning and it's been going well for me the past four-five months. That said, I'd like to participate in TAC 2011. I'll keep it concise.
I'd like to join Team Ÿ (French), if that's okay.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted on this forum, even though I've been a lurker for a while. I've always wanted to be a part of a TAC from the beginning and it looks like here is my chance. I'd like to be added to Team Ж (Russian).
I'm somewhere in-between a C1 or a C2 in Russian, although I suspect that since I've been in the United States since May and have been caught up in some non-Russian commitments, my level has probably drifted more toward a C1. In other words, Russian is a language I am somewhat comfortable in, but I still need a ton of work to improve! I also need to stop being so lazy when it comes to actively studying, and I think being part of the TAC will help me get out of this rut.
I haven't posted my thread yet, but I will likely do so tonight, and I'll edit this post when it's up.
