My goal this year is to refresh my Spanish, and finally become comfortable speaking the language.
Finally trying to learn Anki, spent some time with it every day this week! Playing the multilingual games to boost my vocabulary. Started listening to the Spanish radio station again. I find I can understand the lyrics much better than before! Also reading children's stories. Spoke with the childcare provider in Spanish this morning. Total estimated time today 1hr. Well, between caring for one sick child and trying to keep the toddler out of trouble, it took a long time go get
through Anki today. But I did it. I find my vocabulary is still pretty strong,only failed to recognize two words, from the first two chapters of a local college textbook, so I entered them in sentence form into anki today. I am going to try to do scriptorium later tonight after the kiddos get put in bed! 1 person has voted this message useful | |
