For those of you searching for a short, not too overly complicated bilingual Spanish/English book for listening/reading "La vida de Lazarillo de Tormes" is also a fun book to read.
The classic Spanish novella "La vida de Lazarillo de Tormes" is online in bilingual SP/ENG html format here: Bilingual Lazarillo de Tormes The Spanish audio is also in the public domain here: Librivox Lazarillo de Tormes Audio If you want to, it is possible to copy the text from either side and paste it into a two column,one row table in a word/open office document, print it to pdf. Load up the pdf and audio to your e-reader- and voilà, you have a bilingual Spanish/English book with audio. It just takes a little work- maybe too much for some people though.
