Hey zecchino, how's things with Aronson? I'm about to finish the ACC, still this week. I've reviewed my Russian textbooks and the one Natadze is indeed the most comprehensive and has the best layout. Kekelia's book and even the tribute to the USSR by Цулейскири & Чанишвили also have good texts once you get past the first lessons. Tsibaxashvili's book, though, is a bit behind our level even at the final lessons.

I haven't touched it lately... I don't know when I'll get around to it.

@TixhiiDon: Arapris! And thanks for giving me a little more reading material there, haha.
I even learned a couple words. :)
Btw, do you know why the word ღვინო is declined with the -ის ending, if it ends with ო?
(And why the heck does it start with ღ, anyway?? ;)
Anyway, today I was reading a thread in another forum about "Things you never realized
until recently, but are actually really obvious." Ok, I'm just paraphrasing with that
title because I don't actually remember what it's called. Anyway, I actually had one of
those moments today with Georgian! I saw the word უფლება in that article and I looked it
up, and then I realized where the word თავისუფლება comes from...

zecchino, did I already tell you I found Dumbadze's books in Russian? Among the classics I've read in ACC, it's the only one I actually feel like reading@

I found an iOS app called Georgian Radio. My favorite station so far is 102.4, Perviy
Kanal Gruzii (don't ask me why they wrote it in Russian, the station is in Georgian). I
only listened for a half hour and I heard music, a weather report, a currency conversion
rate report (there might be a better name for that...), a play, storytelling (I think?),
and commercials (isn't weird how the things we can't stand in our own language are so
valuable for language learning??) I couldn't understand much, but I do know it will be
cloudy today in Tbilisi and 14 degrees. :)

Well thanks to TixhiiDon I found this
wonderful website! It has dialogues, written passages, and a lot of other stuff that I
haven't even gotten to yet!
