Of the ones you listed, I would have to say that I find French the most beautiful, with
Arabic a close second. But perhaps I am a bit biased.
I also love the sound of Russian. Like someone else said, it sounds a little bit sad,
but poetic and hopeful and dream-like. I also like the sound of Spanish and Portugese.
I find them both very vibrant.

Many languages sound very beautiful when sung, like Hungarian, Russian, Spanish, Arabic,
Croatian.

I like Greek the most.
From the list, it would have to be Russian, followed by Korean.

"I am partial to Russian and think it's beautiful because it sounds so sad, like it has a broken heart"
This emotional feature makes Russian a listening delight. I love to hear russian poems being recited.
"Out of those i'd say Arabic is the most beautiful. It has this kind of melodic flow but at the same time it sounds very harsh and guttural. It can be highly poetic and sound like a scholar's language (Standard Arabic), or it can be aggressive and colloquial (dialect, especially maghrebi dialect)"
I totally agree. Arabic really has such a versatility.
"Sparrows sound more beautiful to me than any languages mentioned"
Hahaha.

It's hard to say since there are many languages that I don't have experience listening
to.
I'm partial to Chinese or Korean but to me they feel more cute then 'beautiful'. I really
like how Hindi, Arabic, and Spanish sound.
But I think all languages improve in song or poetry.

I think a lot depends on the person, and not always so much on the language. Chinese can
be melodic, but we're starting to get more Chinese tourists and some of these guys sound
like chickens being strangled. Loud chickens being strangled. I don't know if it's a
class think, or a dialect, or nervousness at being in a foreign place, but ... it hurts.
(My guess is it's a class thing, that these guys are country people with lots of new
money. It's just a vibe I get).
But I've heard beautiful Chinese before, too.
But my bias is for the Romance languages, and Caribbean English.

From the list I'll go for Russian. I also think it sounds like it's had its heart broken.
My own personal favourite is Hungarian. Even without understanding I could listen to spoken Hungarian for hours.
Slovak also sounds very soft and soothing to me and Slovak music is probably my favourite.

Most beautiful language, eh? It's hard to say, because for me, there are so many different kinds of beauty in different languages, and as a composer of music, I like to explore the sounds of each one almost like a different instrument for which to write.
I was so happy when I saw Finnish and Estonian mentioned here! I have a special love for Estonian because of how gorgeous I think it sounds. It reminds me of the same soothing auditory massage as a babbling brook. Once I get better with my Estonian, I'd love to write an opera in it. It just wouldn't have the effect I want if I kept it all in English.
I also find Albanian to be quite lovely and soothing, and Lithuanian has a nice sort of 'bite' to it while still sounding sweet and soft. Latvian has this surreal aura about it, especially when sung, which would make me want to use it in some sort of dream-like ambient track. Brazilian Portuguese has something sensual about it that really draws me in, and Basque is especially exotic-sounding as well as having a particularly cool-looking orthography.
And yes, I agree with a couple of people here about Hungarian having such a wonderful sound to it as well! Something about those Finno-Ugric languages.. man. Delicious. :D
