I'm currently in Austria and Germany on vacation and ill be returning to the US via Frankfurt next week.
I decided I'd like to take the opportunity to grab some German books to help with my language learning. I'll be in Frankfurt for 2 nights. Can someone from Frankfurt or someone that knows the city be able to recommend the name and location of a bookstore I can visit? Ideally, it should a large one (equivalent to a Barnes and Noble) and near an underground (S-Bahn or U- Bahn) stop. Thanks Derek 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I defer to anyone living in or near Frankfurt for more current recommendations, but for years, I always visited the gigantic, multi-story Hugendubel in downtown Frankfurt whenever I transited Frankfurt Airport.

Yeah, I would recommend Hugendubel, too. It's near the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Hauptwache.
