Yesterday I watched "Bamse i Trollskogen" in Swedish. It's basically a read-aloud
children's storybook with animations.

What is your Assimil routine like? Lessons 1-7 in one go (and maybe repeats afterwards), or lesson 1 till you're done, then lesson 2 and so on?

The latter.
In detail:
1. listen to the dialogue
2. listen+read (in TL) the dialogue
3. read the dialogue+translation and read the comments
4. do the exercises
5. move to next lesson
I do as many lessons in one sitting as I care to. If I lose concentration, I just stop
and resume later.
I'm just filling some holes, so I try to keep it as simple as possible.

Assimil Swedish 15-21
It's time to add extensive reading in Swedish to the mix. I'll start with Andreas
Nordbergs PhD thesis "Krigarna i Odins sal". I've read a good part of it already a few
years back and I remember it to be well written and relatively easy to understand. Plus
it's an interesting topic.
